    Atlas TT#: 228067

Repair Time: Estimated 17:00 on 31st March

At 11:04 a number of customer circuits in the Monghan and Armagh areas went down. It is believed that this is a hardware failure and engineers are on route to the Armagh POP with replacement equipment.

Update 1 - We now believe that the outage has been caused by a fibre cut rather than a hardware failure at our Armagh POP. Engineers are running diagnostics to determine the location of the cut.

Update 2 - The engineers have determined the suspected location of the damage and are en-route to the site.

Update 3 - The damaged section has been located and repairs are underway.
